What is this stuff?!?! While at Dollar Tree I found this package of Tempera Watercolors. I had never heard of such a thing...so I had to try it. What's the worst that could happen...it was only a dollar!
Tested out Crafter's Square Tempera Watercolors?!?! Used my phone taped to a ladder ...sorry for the video quality.
