They've been so much fun...and I'm sad to see the project finished for the year. The kids have done a beautiful job on them, and I know they're looking forward to taking them home and showing their parents!!
Day 2 of our Ugly Doll project produced some great progress!! I am allowing them to have one more day to finish adding face/arms/legs and hair (they'll sew the yarn hair in if time allows).
I have a few more posts coming with these guys!!!! I really do love all the little personalities they have.
ENJOY LOOKING THROUGH THEM!!
(ps..I'm still getting the storage message error/issue thing! However, by going to photo manager in microsoft (standard on our school computers)...I resize the photos to Web Large...and am able upload them. Photos below a certain size do not count against your storage)
I'm not sure if I ever shared this before? Each year I place felt on the bottom of my chairs to prevent them from scratching up the floors. I match the felt to the color theme of my bulletin boards, but more than that I fine it works better than tennis balls. You take a square of felt..fold it over...and rubber band it on! I have only had 2 fall off this year, and my floors still look almost like the first day of school! Just thought I'd pass that tidbit on to you!
