#turkeyaday22: The First 10 Days

Hello Friends!  I'm so sorry I've not been posting much.  We've have been dealing with a lot of yuck in my house (all of us were sick in some form or fashion)....and I've just been surviving.  I'm having so much fun with this year's turkeys.  For the most part, I've been using a variety of alcohol markers. I really love them!!! Twisting turkeys and other animals has also been a fun creative challenge.  Hope you enjoy them.

#turkeyaday21: Day 20

A friend of mine made a request for this turkey.  I don't usually take requests, but she has been going through a lot.  I thought if I could make her smile...then sure!!

Do you know this turkey?

#turkeyaday21 : Day 19

This character was not part of the original group, but came along later!  As soon as I saw him, I purchased him for my classroom.

#turkeyaday21 : Day 5

I was thinking about doing a whole month of food turkey duckies, but then decided I wanted to have more variety as the month went along.  However, you may see several food related turkey duckies as we proceed! ha ha

#turkeyaday21: Day 2

So my theme this year is an odd one.  I'm making turkeys ...that look like rubber duckies...that are inspired by something else.  Confused? ha ha

HERE IS DAY 2

#turkeyaday21: Day 1

GOOD BYE OCTOBER & HELLO #TURKEYADAY21
I'd love for you to join me in creating a turkey a day during the month of November.  It is a silly art challenge I came up with 6 years ago.  Even though turtles are my favorite animal...turkeys have a special place in my heart!! ha ha They can be realistic, abstract, cartoonish, or however you want!  Join me every day or as much as you are able.  Post them to social media with the hashtags: #turkeyaday, #turkeyaday21, and #novartchallenge.
