  1. Way to go Ted.

    May I suggest
Smart Seat- I love that my seating chart is electronic with their faces on it.
Percolator - I use this app when I need the students to have a preprinted piece of paper to add to their art. Photo each students art, transform it through the app and they use it on their next piece...it gives the previous art second life.
I-Nigma and fotobabble - for creating QR codes of students talking about their artwork...great for displays and shows.
There are so many, I know you will do great things with it and soon be teaching all of us new ideas!

  4. Congratulations. My PTA will buy me an android tablet, but I am an IPAD girl. I am thinking about upgrading to a new ipad for myself and using the old one in my classroom. Keep us update on how you use it.

  5. Congrats on the iPad! Our district issued them to the teachers and I am still learning how to use mine in the classroom. I can't wait to see what you come up with. I know I will learn from your experiences.

  6. Hi Mr E. Congrats on getting the money together!! I'm sure that you will do this anyway, but keep us informed as to how you are using your Ipad in the art room. I'm currently working on a grant to get 2 Ipads one for art and one for music. Fingers crossed:) I would love suggestions for its use!-Doug
