I am usually a "back up" for our district summer art camps. I can do them, but with three kids at home I don't want to commit to it every summer. Well, this was a summer they needed me (Summer art camp was POPULAR this year!!!). I used the theme from my teacher workshops and used the camp to test the projects out on REAL KIDS!!! ha ha It went well, but by week's end the kids did not want to do another cactus! Normally this would have been over a 9 weeks...not in one week. So I get it!
